Description

We are inviting a lead generation specialist to join our InterCode team. If you are passionate about growing in sales processes, achieving company’s KPIs and goals, then we have a win-win case!

Requirements
  • Knowledge of principles, methods, techniques of sales and generation of potential customers;
  • Understanding of software development processes and the market of web and mobile technologies, Front-end, Back-end, IT outsourcing business;
  • Confident written and spoken English (Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate);
  • Knowledge of business communication and presentation skills;
  • Ability to communicate with foreign clients.
Responsibilities
  • Lead generation through UpWork (daily — 15−20 valid and quality proposals);
  • Writing cover letters, follow-ups on Upwork;
  • Active search and attraction of potential customers on different platforms;
  • Communication with foreign clients;
  • Convert potential customers into calls and meetings with Sales Managers;
  • Communication with the development team;
  • Keeping statistics and reporting on each lead.
Nice to have
  • Experience in generating leads through Upwork.
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn could outreach.
