Description

We are looking for a Chief operating officer to join our growing InterCode team and help us become better and more efficient.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of various approaches to project management Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Safe, Waterfall.
  • Knowledge and use of a data-driven approach.
  • Experience in project portfolio management.
  • Experience in Marketing, Product/Dev, Finance.
  • English Upper Intermediate+
  • Highly developed communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically, make difficult decisions.
  • High level of communication, ability to argue one's decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Management of the company's project portfolio.
  • Responsibility for achieving the company's financial goals.
  • Management of business and service units.
  • Creation and adjustment of bonus systems for teams and employees.
  • Facilitation of meetings at the level of managers.
  • Management of company goals (setting, implementation control).
  • Monitoring the achievement of company goals in the Jira, Power BI systems.
  • Constant monitoring of the company's performance and cost optimization.
  • Optimization, automation of company processes, elimination of bottlenecks in processes.
  • Assistance to company managers in making decisions.
  • Coaching and mentoring company managers.
  • Conducting synchronous meetings at the level of managers.
  • Participation in the definition/description of the company's strategy.
  • Responsibility for the creation and implementation of the company's growth strategy.
  • Control of project budgets (coordination, cost control).
  • Facilitating the development of functional communities (front-end, design, etc.) to increase the expertise of employees.
  • Risk management in the company.
  • Application of best practices in project management.
