Requirements

• ✔️Professional experience (Project Manager in IT company) at least 1,5 year;
• ✔️English — at least Upper-Intermediate level.
• ✔️Experience with Scrum, familiarization with Kanban and Waterfall methodologies;
• ✔️Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Proofhub, Figma, Miro;
• ✔️Experience in Sprint Planning (including Scrum Poker) & Burndown Chart, Efficient Retrospectives & Conclusions/Action Items, Critical Path & Chain, Gantt Diagram;
• ✔️Experience in writing documentation mentioned above;
• ✔️Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal;
• ✔️Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
• ✔️Result-oriented mentality;

Responsibilities

• ✔️Leading 3 small projects simultaneously;
• ✔️Daily meetings with clients;
• ✔️Planning, coordinating, and monitoring project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
• ✔️Processing client requests via Jira ticketing systems, and email channels.
• ✔️Creating, maintaining, and communicating project status, plans, sprint plans, and backlog to the client based on estimates and team capacity;
• ✔️Writing project documentation and product requirements, including roadmaps, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), charters, reports, and requirements traceability matrix;
• ✔️Creating Gantt charts;
• ✔️Monitoring development progress, identifying risks, and coordinating with the team to find solutions, communicating them to internal stakeholders;
• ✔️Performing risk management to minimize potential risks and ensure project success;
• ✔️Monitoring and analyzing project metrics using Jira to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize team performance;
• ✔️Ensuring resource availability and allocation to meet project requirements and deadlines;
• ✔️Improving existing unit processes and creating new ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
• ✔️Building relationships of trust with the customer to foster collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction.
